By using DealMaps, a product of Driftwood Interactive LLC, you agree to these terms.

 

## 1. Service Description

DealMaps allows users to post and view local deals (garage sales and store promotions) on a map.

DealMaps uses an anonymous device token stored locally to manage your listings.  No account or personal information is required.

 

## 2. User Content

- You are responsible for the content you post

- You must not post illegal, offensive, or misleading content

- We use automated and manual moderation to review listings.  Content that violates these terms may be removed without notice or refund.

- You may optionally attach a photo to your listing. Photos are scanned automatically for explicit or inappropriate content and may be removed without notice if flagged. You are responsible for ensuring any photo you submit complies with these terms.

- You grant us a license to display your posted content

 

## 3. Payments

- Posting deals requires a one-time payment (consumable in-app purchase)

- All sales are final

- Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies

 

## 4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

- Post false or misleading information

- Violate any laws or regulations

- Attempt to circumvent payment systems

- Harass other users

 

## 5. Disclaimers

- DealMaps is provided "as is" without warranties

- Users attend sales and engage with listings at their own risk.  DealMaps makes no guarantee that posted listings are accurate, active, or legitimate at time of visit.

- We are not liable for transactions between users

 

## 6. Termination

We may terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms.

 

## 7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance of changes.

##9. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.  Any disputes will be resolved in the courts therein.
