Privacy Policy
Information We Collect in App:
**Location Data**: We collect your approximate location to show nearby deals
**Owner Token**: We store a unique device token to identify your posts
**Photos**: If you choose to attach a photo to a listing, the image is uploaded to and stored on our servers.
**Payment Information**: Processed by Apple (we don't store payment data)
**Notifications**: We request permission to send local and push notifications. Local notifications remind you when scheduled listings go live. Push notifications alert you when you receive a new message in Classifieds.
**Account Information**. If you Sign in with Apple or Google, we collect your user ID to enable messaging features. We do not collect your name or email address unless Apple or Google provides it during sign-in.
**Messages**. If you use in-app chat, message content is stored on our servers and associated with your account. We retain the data until the listing expires or is deleted by the post author.
How We Use Information:
- Display deals on a map
- Associate your posts with your device
- Process payments through Apple's In-App Purchase system
-Enable in-app messaging between buyers and sellers in Classifieds

INFORMATION SHARING
- We do NOT sell your data
- Location data is only used to display map content
- Device tokens are stored securely and not shared
DATA STORAGE
- Posts are stored on our servers (Supabase)
- Device tokens are stored in your device's secure keychain
- We retain post data until you delete your listings, they are removed by our moderation team, or after a listing expires - at which point it is automatically deleted from our database.
- Supabase hosts our database. Data may be stored on servers located within the United States.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES
-Apple: Processes payments
-Supabase: Hosts our database
-MapKit: Displays maps
-AWS Rekognition: Photos are automatically scanned for explicit content using Amazon Web Services' image moderation service. Images are processed but not retained on Amazon's servers.
-Apple Sign In / Google Sign In**: Used for optional account creation to enable messaging features in-app.
-OneSignal: Delivers push notifications. Your device token and user ID are shared with OneSignal solely to route notifications to your device. OneSignal's privacy policy is available at onesignal.com/privacy.
YOUR RIGHTS
- You can delete your posts at any time
- You can request data deletion by emailing us
